I first started falling in love with photography as a hobbyist in the late 1980’s.  Growing up in both California and Colorado, the variety of the changing landscapes allowed me to get a wide range of images.  These naturally beautiful landscapes fostered my love for landscape photography.  After joining the military in the mid 90’s, my love of photography followed me, with my unit having me document training and missions. After being discharged from the military, I decided to pursue my degree in photography.

My time in the military has made me appreciate things that most people wouldn’t think twice about and gives me a different view of things.  This difference in perspective allows me to create images that others wouldn’t think to create.

People often times ask me why I named my company Knight Photography Fine Art and Portrait. The answer is simple; I have been knighted by the masonic order of the Knights Templars.

My future endeavors include growing a small family based photography studio, as well as pursuing and developing my new found love, creating short films.

I currently live and work in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with my wife and six children.
